Accelerating Research by Imaging
Netra Systems has developed UltraEye: a novel, ultra-resolution (micron-scale) multi-modal
AO-OCT/SLO system. The system can image a variety of animals, including fish, mice, rats,
tree-shrews, rabbits, pigs and monkeys. We have also developed specialized positioning
mechanisms for each of these animals.
The SLO supports measurement of fluorescence at multiple user-specified-spectral bands,
including (but not limited to) BFP, GFP, YFP, tdTomato, mCherry, Alexa 647, and ICG.
Below is a typical adaptive-optics-en-face OCT image of the RNFL bundles of a mouse eye.
